- The corrugator makes B, C, BC (double wall) E,
and BE (double wall)
- Capability of making board from various weight grammages, to PE and PET laminated speciality grades
- Board Conversion – JCC can convert board into:-
- Glued or stitched cases
- Die cuts
- 4 corner glued trays
- Crash lock glued boxes
- Large 2 piece glued or stitched cases
- Creased and slotted blanks
- Plain sheet board
- Divisions and fittings
- Printing – JCC print flexographically and can produce:-
- 3 colour print on glued cases
- 2 colour print on die cuts
- 2 colour print on large 2 piece glued or stitched cases
- Pre printed paper reels for any amount of colours
